Privacy notice

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This notice explains how NoOpStudio uses information when you play Tower of Lava on Roblox and when you visit this website. Your Roblox account itself is covered by the Roblox Privacy Policy. A short version is in the game: tap the lock button at the top of the screen.

Who is responsible

Tower of Lava is made and run by NoOpStudio, an independent developer in Indonesia. We are responsible for the game data described here, including your game saves. Roblox provides the platform, account system and storage, and is also responsible for what it processes under its own policy.

Contact: NoOpStudio, privacy@tunasakara.com.

What we collect

Game saves and leaderboards

We use your Roblox account identifier to save your stage progress, best times and checkpoint times, and your leaderboard results, using Roblox’s storage services. Your Roblox display name is shown with your results on the global and weekly leaderboards and on the board inside each game server. Badges are awarded and recorded through Roblox.

Game statistics

We use summary statistics to understand how the game is played and to make it more reliable and fair. They cover stage progress and attempts, how often and when people play, how long sessions last, device type, country, language preferences, technical performance, and use of game features, including errors.

The statistics we receive do not include Roblox account IDs, usernames or names, and we apply safeguards to reduce the risk of identifying individual players. To count each player only once, the game may keep a coded player reference inside Roblox’s systems for a limited time. That reference is not sent to us.

Roblox analytics

We also use reports from Roblox about gameplay, returning players, country and platform. The game tells Roblox’s analytics when a player reaches a step, such as starting the climb or reaching a checkpoint. Roblox provides these analytics services under its own privacy policy and shows us totals.

Messages and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it to answer you. This website counts visits using our hosting provider’s analytics: which page, country, device and browser type, how you arrived, and how fast pages load. It uses no cookies and does not track you across sites, and we only see totals. Our hosting provider, acting on our behalf, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for your real name, home address, chat messages, exact location or age.

Why we use it

  • To run the game: saving your progress, best times, leaderboards and badges.
  • To improve the game and this website: finding and fixing bugs, making jumps fair, and checking whether changes help.
  • To keep the game fair and safe: spotting cheating and abuse.
  • To answer you: handling questions and privacy requests.

Saving your progress, best times, leaderboard results and badges is part of providing the game you choose to play. Summary statistics, website visit counts, and protecting the game against cheating and abuse are based on our legitimate interest in running a game and website that work and are fair.

NoOpStudio does not sell players’ personal information, does not use it for targeted advertising, and does not share it with advertisers or ad platforms.

Who can see it

  • Roblox, as the platform that runs the game, stores the saves and provides analytics.
  • Service providers that host our statistics service and this website, count visits to this website, carry data between them, and deliver email sent to our privacy address.
  • Other players, who can see your display name and results on leaderboards.
  • Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Information may be processed in Indonesia and in other countries where Roblox and our service providers operate. We use a service provider outside Indonesia, Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and global network), to secure and route data traffic and to count website visits. This transfer is protected by a data processing agreement that includes standard contractual clauses and has been through a transfer risk assessment under Article 56 of Law No. 27 of 2022 and its implementing regulations. Your account data is collected and managed by Roblox Corporation under Roblox’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

  • Game saves and leaderboard results: while your account keeps playing the game. They are deleted when you ask, or after 2 years without play.
  • Weekly leaderboards: one board per week, removed with your saves when you ask. The board inside a game server disappears when that server closes.
  • Summary statistics: up to 2 years.
  • Coded player references inside Roblox: for a limited time, up to 730 days.
  • Privacy emails: kept for 1 year after the request is resolved, then deleted.
  • Website visit counts: up to 6 months, as totals.
  • Website access data: we do not turn on request logging, and our hosting provider keeps this technical data only for a short period under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we manage about you, correct it, delete it, stop or limit how we use it, or give you a copy. A parent or guardian can make these requests for a player under 18. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example in your EU country or Indonesia’s personal data protection authority.

To ask, send a data deletion request through Roblox Support, which Roblox passes on to us, or email privacy@tunasakara.com with your Roblox username. We may ask for information needed to confirm the request is yours.

How quickly we act:

  • Access and correction: within 3 × 24 hours.
  • Stopping or limiting use: within 3 × 24 hours.
  • Deletion: we act on a verified request within 30 days. Older copies kept by Roblox and our service providers expire within 30 days after the deletion.

Deleting your saves also deletes your progress and leaderboard results. A deletion request also removes coded player references about you that are still held inside Roblox. Summary statistics are not stored per player, so we cannot pick out your part of them. Badges are recorded by Roblox, so Roblox handles requests about them. Deleting your data removes what we already have; if you keep playing, new gameplay can again be counted in totals.

Players under 18

Players of different ages play Tower of Lava, including players under 18. We do not know each player’s age, so we handle everyone’s information carefully. Tower of Lava does not ask for parental consent. The statistics we receive are totals, and saves and account features run on Roblox, where Roblox’s parental controls apply. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to delete a player’s data, using the contact details above or Roblox’s deletion process.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change, show the date at the top, and explain significant changes, including in the game. We will ask for any consent the law requires before new collection, use or sharing begins.
